bamboo

good day folks! thought i'd show off my latest bag and my first encounter with bamboo fabric. i absolutely love this stuff! it dyes up beautifully(dyed this in a yucca green) and its so flowy!! i was really wanting to keep this sweet bag for myself but decided to put it in the shop. let me know what you think!

we have an appraiser coming to our house in a couple of hours so i must keep this short and straighten up around here. my oldest daughter is sick. her gland in her neck is so swollen :( and she woke up last night covered in hives. i have no idea if these things are connected or what.we actually managed to get into the dr. today.... hopefully they'll know what's going on. i'll let you know when i do!

one last thing! i'm featured on a blog giveaway. check out the blog by clicking here
and check out all the details. it doesn't take much and you might score a freebie! good luck to all :)

~happy day~

I hope your daughter feels better soon. I got myself a bamboo fabric cardigan and it is SOOO soft. I never thought we would start using bamboo as a fabric, love the way your bag looks!

I love the bamboo fabric too! I am always amazed at how soft it is and how beautifully it dyes. I found some lovely bamboo yarn the other day so I am going to have a play with that.
Love your blog, your photos and your etsy shop!
Hope your little one is well again soon.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! Pretty treasury, I've yet to get one of those. And I had no idea there was any such thing as bamboo fabric. Looks great!
